Q: Why Is i4Change ezModeler access not for free?
A: Because we are a small company, not sponsored by a large company nor by any investors.
Q: So, what if I pay and it is totally of no use to me?
A: Then you have the option to ask your money back within 30 days. We will not be difficult but are interested what we could do to please you.
Q: What if I cannot make good use of it?
A: We do appreciate that you make the time and time to follow the training materials and online Help and FAQ to understand the possibilities of ezModeler.
Q: How long does it take to learn and implement ezModeler?
A: In the first 3 months we really encourage people to get up to speed with ezModeler in their Work, Organization or Life. If this does not fit well into your schedule, then let us know.
Q: Do I pay extra for software updates?
A: No. You will always have available the latest and tested release of our production software.
Q: How do I know the new software updates are working fine and contain no bugs?
A: We will prepare a new update in the demo area and test it there thoroughly, sometimes together with you. It is also possible to try out new features in the demo area to get to know them, especially if they are developed on your request.
Q: Is it possible to add or change functionality of the ezModeler software?
A: ezModeler has been built with a good deal of flexibility. Therefore a lot of requests, such as dynamic adding of object types and properties is already possible by the moderator of your own organization. Furthermore we take every feedback from our loyal users seriously and will assess which requests will be included in our development planning.
Q: How does the update process work?
A: You do not need to do any work. At the end of the testing in the demo area, we will email you to announce the production update. Before the production update will berun, a backup is made of the whole system.
Q: How will I know what changes there will be?
A: We would love to give you the planning and content of our new releases. However that will jeorpardize our unique leading position in this field. Since you will be a registered user, you will stay updated automatically through the release notes. This way you will get the news, announcements and version reminders of all the version updates. We’ll keep the number of messages low.
Q: How and when do you pay your bills?
A: For the ezModeler access there will be a 3 monthly returning fee. If we may direct debit that from your account and save on administration costs, we reward you with 5% discount. If you agree to pay for a whole year ahead, you will get 10% discount. Note that these terms may change and be out of date here.
Q: What other costs are there?
A: As time goes by we will develop more products for you to use and also a “Pro” version with additional functionality.
Q: Do I get support?
A: Direct support will be available to the ones that have the support contracts.
Q: How do I pay for support?
A: From our Products and Services page you buy 2 hours or 4 hours “Prepaid Support Card”. Youmay use this for yourself or for your organization. The Prepaid Support Card is valid for 2 or 4 hours of support. When we give you support, we will deduct from that card for every 15 minutes of our time spent.
